This guide will walk you through getting your automations running again in LinkPlease.
Reason 1: Automation is Turned Off
If your automation isn’t enabled, it won’t work.
Click "Automations"
Navigate to the Automations section to review your automation settings.
2. Click the automation
Select the specific automation you want to troubleshoot.
3. Click "On"
If it’s off, toggle it to On.
4. Click "Save Automation"
Save your changes to activate the automation.
Reason 2: Instagram is Disconnected
If your Instagram account isn’t connected, LinkPlease can’t run automations.
1. Click "Settings"
Go to the main menu and open Settings.
2. Click "Channels"
Open Channels to check your connected accounts.
3. Check your Instagram channel
Verify it’s connected. If it shows disconnected, follow the prompts to reconnect. If it shows disconnected, reconnect your account.
Reason 3: Monthly Contact Limit Reached
If you’ve used up your monthly contact limit, your automations will pause.
Open the usage section to see your current limits. If you’ve exceeded your limit, upgrade to Pro to get unlimited DMs and contacts.
Reason 4: Reach Out to Support
If none of the above solutions work, contact our support team.
Click "Support"
Open the support section from the main menu.
Click "New Conversation"
Start a new chat with the team.
Type your issue
Example: Hi, my automations are not working.
4. Click "Send"
Send the message and the team will assist you ASAP.
You’ve now checked everything, automation status, Instagram connection, contact limits, keywords, and settings. If the issue still continues, reach out to Support for personalized help.
