This guide will walk you through setting up a comment automation using LinkPlease.
1. Click "Automations"
Navigate to the "Automations" section.
2. Click "Create"
Click to create your automation.
3. Select "User Comments on your post or reel"
Select the "When User Comments on your post or reel." option to create the comment automation.
4. Click "Select Post or Reel"
Choose a post or reel to set up automation for.
5.Select the Post or Reel
Select the Post or Reel you want to add comment automations to.
6.Click "Confirm"
Click confirm.
7.Click "Setup Keywords"
Click "Setup Keywords" to add trigger keywords for your selected post
8.Add your trigger keyword
Add the keywords that you want users to comment to trigger the automation.
9.Click "Add →"
click Add to add it to the list of keywords for that post.
10.Setup Multiple Keywords
You can setup multiple trigger keywords for the same post.
11.Click "Confirm"
Once all keywords are added, click Confirm to save.
12.Click "Setup Comment Replies"
Click "Setup Comment Replies" to setup automatic replies to their comments on the post.
13.Setup Comment Reply
2 reply options are already added by LinkPlease. You can use these or add your own.
14.Click "Add New Reply"
Click "Add New Reply" to add a new comment reply option.
15.Click "Confirm"
Click "Confirm" and LinkPlease will randomly send any one of these replies to users who comment to add a human feel.
16.Click "Confirm"
Click "Confirm" to save the coment replies.
17.Click "Edit Response"
Click "Edit Response" to setup the message that users will get in their inbox when they comment the trigger word.
18.Click "Send Instagram Message"
Select the Send Instagram message option.
19.Select the "Text" option
Select the "Text" option to send a text message.
20.Add a message to send
Add a message to send to the users in their inbox.
21.Click "Add Button"
Click "Add Button" to add links to the message.
22.Add the text to display on the button
Add the text you want to display on the button.
23.Add the URL of your link
Add the URL of your link where you want your users to go when they click the button.
24.Click "Save"
Save the changes.
25.Click "Save Automation"
Click "Save Automation" button to save the automation.
26.Turn on the automation
Turn on the automation to make it live.
And that’s it! Your automation is now live and ready to roll. Every time someone comments your trigger word, LinkPlease will take care of the rest.
